Our Standard

Every product at Lootle is thoroughly inspected and securely packed before it leaves our facility. We take quality seriously so you don't have to second-guess what arrives.

Because of this process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for size, color preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection by the customer. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement:

You must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue from the moment you open the package. Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be considered. This protects both the customer and the brand.
