  • Prices mentioned are final and inclusive of taxes unless stated.

  • Payment must be completed before order processing (except COD).

  • We reserve the right to update prices or cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

4️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Order confirmation is subject to successful payment and stock validation.

  • We may cancel an order due to:

    • Payment failure

    • Incorrect address

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    • Stock unavailability

  • Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to logistics issues or external factors.

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may lead to failed deliveries.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

  • Only eligible products can be returned as per our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Refunds are processed after quality check of returned items.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property

  • All content including text, images, logos, and graphics belong to Lootle.

  • Copying or using our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Lootle is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses due to product usage

  • Delays caused by courier/logistics partners

  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer

9️⃣ Third-Party Services

  • Payment is handled by trusted third-party providers (Razorpay / Cashfree etc.)

  • We are not responsible for their errors or downtime.
